Navigating the probate process can be daunting after the loss of a loved one.  Probate, the legal process of administering the deceased’s estate is required regardless of whether the deceased passed with or without a Will.  The assistance and advice of our experienced probate team eliminates the stress and anxiety of settling an estate so the focus can be on the grieving process. 

 

The team assists in the probate process from the opening of the estate through its settlement.  This includes, but is not limited to, drafting required pleadings for the probate court; marshalling assets; collecting and resolving debts, sale of estate owned real estate and personal property; and distribution of property according to the Will or estate plan prior to the close of the estate.
