Concentrating primarily in probate law, Mary Lynn meets clients at a difficult time in their lives following the death of a loved one.  Her goal is to provide guidance, support, and thorough explanations in navigating the often-daunting probate process.  She will aid in the identification and collection of assets as well as their transfer to heirs, and competently prepare all required probate court filings.

Mary Lynn received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Religious Studies from Hamilton College (’95), Clinton, NY, her M.A. in Anthropology from University at Albany, SUNY (’97), and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law (’02).

A New Jersey native, who looks forward to the time she spends in Cape May, NJ each summer, Mary Lynn relocated to New Hampshire twenty years ago to practice law and marry her college sweetheart.  Together, she and her husband David, live in Hollis, and are proud parents of three active teenage daughters. 

Over the years, Mary Lynn has held numerous PTO board positions and been an active volunteer for her daughters’ schools and sports teams.  She is a passionate fan at sailing regattas and swim meets as well as lacrosse and basketball games. In her “spare time” she enjoys playing tennis.
